The conference this year was well received by participants, many of whom commented on how the quality of work and presentations continues to develop each year. Knowledge Management Surveys

We are looking for a tool to analyze the "state of affairs" in Knowledge Management field at various companies and organizations. We would appreciate very much any tip on where to find sample questionnaires that can help to handle the matter. A questionnaire we are looking for should not be directed to KM officers (as they do not exist in each organization), but rather to an average member of staff/manager who does not know what KM is. Best of all the questions should not explicitly refer to Knowledge Management as such.
